The Impact of Leadership and Motivation on Employee Performance

Abstract

The formulation of the problem in this study is 1] is there an influence of leadership and motivation on employee performance, 2] is there an effect of leadership on employee performance. 3] does motivation influence on employee performance. This type of research is associative. There are 3 variables used, namely Leadership, Motivation and Performance. The population in this study were 86 employees, with a sample of 45 respondents who were taken by stratified random sampling. The data used is primary data. The method of collecting data is through a questionnaire. The data analysis used is qualitative and quantitative analysis. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression analysis. The test results show: 1] F test results prove that there is a significant influence of leadership and motivation on employee performance, 2] t test results prove that there is a partial significant effect of leadership and motivation on employees.
